Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart H - Appeals, ?? 9901.801 - 9901.810: Congress needs to stop the DoD and OPM and not allow them to change the time frame for filing an MSPB Appeal. The filing deadline for MSPB Appeals should not be shortened from 30 to 20 days as the Federal Employee that has had Adverse Action needs time to consider their option and seek representation. By changing the deadline DoD and OPM are taking away the rights of a Federal Employee as guaranteed under the Bill of Rights of our Constitution.
