Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart G - Adverse Actions, ?? 9901.701 - 9901.721: The right to be represented as guaranteed under the constitution cannot be disallowed in the name of National Security, especially where it has no direct relation to National Security. DoD and OPM have written the new regulations as if all the Federal Employees are Terrorist and therein should be subject to the most strict rules used in terrorism warfare. Congress should disallow DoD and OPM from restricting representation of choice in adverse reactions unless a true National Security issue is compromised by using the selected representative.
