Department of Defense Docket Number NSPS-2005-001 Regulatory Information Number 3206-AK76 Subpart G - Adverse Actions, ?? 9901.701 - 9901.721: Congress knows how difficult it is to get Government Agency's to submit items in a timely manner. Not only does the DoD and OPM propose to shorten the time frame fro advance notice and period to reply but they want them to run concurrently. What did we do to deserve such harsh treatment? Why is the DoD and OPM afraid to let the employee exercise their right to defend themselves? Do they think each of us Federal Workers are potential terrorists? Congress needs to mandate the DoD and OPM leave the current time frames alone and continue to allow for extensions if needed.
