March 15, 2005 DoD NSPS Comments , DoD NSPS Comments: My name is and I have been a Federal DOD worker for 26 years, 19 at McClellan AFB, and the last 7 here at Tobyhanna Army Depot. I would like to share my concerns and displeasure with NSPS to all who will listen. I am concerned with the security of my wages, benefits, and retirement if NSPS were to take effect. Under the existing system, I feel safe knowing my pay will be safe and my retirement will also be safe. I know my family and I can count on our benefits. I am concerned also about being treated as a deployable asset. I also dislike the fact that my Union will be weakened. In general, NSPS looks like a very poor move to all Federal DOD employees. I hope that you will consider my opinions. Sincerely,
