Sections 9901.353, 9901.354, and 9901.355 Why do we need to set up another pay system? The system we have now has worked for years. Pay systems prvide security for familys and individuals. Does the country need protection from its employees? Thats what it seems like the Secretary of Defense seems to be implying. This seems like it is frauding the whole country even to the point that they haven't listened to the unions are their attorneys. There are sections in the current OPM system that deal with thes issues. Why change what is not broke? Maybe the rubber stamp used in passing this regulations needs to be repealed.
