Section 9901.401to 9901.409 In order to insure accuracy and fairness, DoD employees should be able to appeal any performance rating to an independent grievance and arbitration process like they can do now. This is the 21st century. Why should we go back to the mid 19th century, if we don't remember the past we are doomed to repeat it. Do you remember why we have he 14th and 15th Amendments to the constitution of these United States of America? Please don't put our minorities back into those times again and please don't put our country into that form of bigotry again. Most supervisors are good people, but the temptations and pressures of today's society will cause good people to fail. I encourage you to not be closed minded. Please take a close look at these comments and make rational decisions. What would the likes of Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt, George Washington and many other great leaders of our country would say about the decision that you are making. I ask you to look in the mirror and take a good look. If you don't stop the NSPS system you may not be able to look yourself in the eyes any longer without getting sick of your stomach. Look again.
