OK seniority is gone, January pay increases are gone, in grade step increases are gone, you Boss doesn't like you so he doesn't put you in for any more pay raises, the locality based component of pay is pretty much gone, even the funds for pay raises may not be there in any given year, employees will lose their fundamental right for grievance and appealing unfair decisions, my performance ratings are a done deal (again with a supervisor who now holds God like powers over his/her subordinates). WOW, what's NOT to like about this system.
