Comments on Proposed NSPS Regulations-- RIN 3206- AK76/0790-AH82. As a federal employee of the DoD, I am Extremely concern that our senators and congressmen would allow a regulation that has the potential to have such a detrimental effect on the people that provides services for this great country. Our country was founded own freedom from dictator and tyrants. Why do we want to go backwards? Why don't we stop this before it causes to much harm. Please correct these problems before they destroy lifes and careers. The pay system is not broke and has nothing to do with security. Thus being said, when an employee is assigned or reassigned either voluntary or involuntary an employee can lose 10% of their pay. The last time I checked Discipline is supposed to be rehabilitive in nature this new system seems only to be about punishment. What has the DoD employees done, that we need to throw out a system (OPM) that will cost the tax paying people so much money. The employees, that protects this country is in need of protection now from what started WWI and WWII (NAZISM and Communism). Please open your eyes to protect us now. This could be the begining of something detrimental to our whole way of life. A concerned employee
