Comments:
I have scanned the federal register regarding the NSPS. I feel that this new system strips the employees of the DOD of the basic rights of employment law. One of the provisions replaces seniority with performance based criteria. I feel that this is discriminatory since age discrimination is against the law and since the people with the most seniority are older employees, this is wrong. I am also very fortunate that I can retire at any time since I do not wish to work under such a system based on favoritism and conformity.
