Comments:
NSPS has failed all DOD federal civil serves employees. The system has been built with a belief that employee need to keep there mouths closed and to do what, when and where there boss tell them to do with out question and to respect all decision made by there management, because of the critical mistake in taking there precious work horse for granted DOD will lose many highly trained and knowledgeable people.
