Comments:
We keep hearing about the new personnel system that will come into affect within the new few months - years (I will be in the third phase of the DOD implementation), but what do the PAYBANDS look like? How can we start to be moved into the system without more information on who will be moved into what payband? Other questions: If someone has been waiting 2 1/2 years for a three-year step increase, will they get a portion of this step increase prior to being thrown into their new payband? I am a DOD supervisor. Will I be in a different payband than other GS13's?
