Comments:
Little or no assurance can be given to civilians that favoritism will not play a part in NSPS. In this department favoritism is rampant. After the implementation of NSPS, what will be next benefits and retirement? After dedicating 30 years, you would think a person would have a sense of job stability, instead of not knowing if you will have a job at all.
