The proposal as is, is too vague. It has been from the beginning of NSPS. I work for DCMA, within DOD. No one has been able to tell us what our actual pay bands will look like. This is a cheap way to treat the most valuable asset the government has- it's workers. NSPS has been pushed through, but no one has addressed or explained how the pay bands will look for each agency- We've only been promised it will be better. I hope it works, but I have a somewhat negative view and think the pay bands will be no better now and probably nearly impossible to move into higher pay bands. I believe the pay bands for our agency should match those demonstrated by China Lake.
