Regarding paybands: 1) If someone is at the top salary level of his payband and does outstanding work, can his salary still be increased via a performance-based award? If no, how is he rewarded/motivated? 2) Will it be possible for subordinates to have a higher salary than the supervisor? Or will the supervisory paybands be higher than the subordinate working level?
