To Whom it Concerns This looks like another way for the government to save a lot of money at the expense of the federal employee. It also looks like the Brown Nosers and relatives of the bosses are going to get all of the money. If I read this package correctly it sounds like we are not going to receive a cost of living each year, even though the cost of living does go up each and every year. We are already behind the curve on the pay scales, and not ever going to get caught up with your plan. I do not believe that the intent of our forefathers was to cause such poverty upon the government employees as you indented to do. I can not believe that our union the AFGE would agree to such a pile of crap as this. In closing please do not misunderstand the meaning of this letter. Please do not implement this plan until my friends and I have the chance to retire.
