I find that this is hard to belive that the government would even think about this NSPS system. What about all the years that government employees have worked hard, putting the soldier first? Well the looks like now your saying to bad so sad for you. Weel thats a bunch of crap!! We have always done what ever it takes to get the job done. We have always put the men in the field first no mater what, can you say that for a contractor? Did not think so! So here the government goes again trying to fix somthing no even broke, I say throw away the NSPN propsal and go back to the drawing board and try again. This stinks! I hope you all really thinking about what you doing to the people the back bone of our Great country. Please put a stop to the NSPS !! Listen to the people read the e-mails think about waht you want to do here.
