Section 9901.221 Classification requirements I am a 802 series electrical engineering technician at Norfolk Naval Shipyard working in Engineering and Planning and I have several 850 series electrical engineers working for me. The technicians and engineers do the same work here and I would like to see you group the technicians and engineers in the same pay band(former GS12 and 13). This would be fair since both technicians and engineers here have the same duties and responsibilities. I have been a group leader since 1989 and have had many engineers working for me.
