I look forward to being paid and recognized for the work I do. I am so sick of seeing sub performers getting the same pay raises and incresases as other more productive workers. The key to making this work at my level, WG, are the supervisiors. At least 2/3 of the supervisors where I work are in my opinion not up to the task of being subjective, unbiased or qualified to carry out this program in the spirt it is being implemented. I see their superviors overloaded with to many tasks to actually do something about that. Good luck!
