I'm relitively new to the federal workforce, so there are many area's that I'm unsure of. My main question is where's the limitations? Is there a max pay that can be achived. In the GS scedual when your maxed out your maxed out. With NSPS, if you are a hard worker do you continue to get raises throughout you federal work life?
