Since I have not seen anything regarding how the pay banding will work. I think it is imperative that Supervisors be paid more than those that hold the same GS grade, but do not have those additional responsibilities. Anyone who has worked as a Supervisor can tell you that often times one spends 80% of their time on 20% of their people couseling/training, etc.). This is an added workload that those who are of the equivalent GS grade, and do only staff or adminstrative/clerical type duties do not have to perform, and yet are curretnly paid at the same rate. This is an injustice that needs to be rectified in NSPS.
