what considerations has DoD and OPM has taken to insure that fair labor practices will be inforced when it comes to raises promotion, etc.in this new NSPS. Racism still exist, and unfair labor practices still occur in our work force in 2005.So let us not forget when someone put our fate in someone else hand , bad things can happen to good people. this is why I disagree to the change that the adminstration is taking. I just think that prejudice,still exist in color , race ,creed and religion this move is just not a good idea. this is my comment .
