Comments:
Reading through the NSPS Fact Sheet, Proposed Regulations and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ), the spousal preference category was not addressed. On the FAQ #11, What will not change under SNPS?, spousal preference was not listed. There is no indication that the spousal preference will change. I wish this could be addressed as there are many government civilians who are married to active duty personnel.
