I have not read anything in this National Security Personnel System that will save guard against personal prejudice being used by supervisors or managers when judging performance of employees. Using personal opinions of people to determine how well a person performs their job is a very unfair way of judging performance of employees. This new personnel system allows for management favoritism to become widespread within the government . Some people just don't know how to suck up to management. Sucking up to management is something that college does not teach you. Could a computer program be designed to judge employees' performance? There is so much being based on performance that depending on management's personal opinions for determining if an employee deserves a pay increase seems harmful rather than beneficial. There are to many clicks in the government's workforce for a computer program not to be involved in judging performance of employees.
