Comments:
I feel that NSPS will take away our rights as employees to negotiate and bargain before the fact, which will give management complete power over their workforce and not let the workers have a voice. Pay banding will eventually lead to people not getting raises once they have hit the cap. How are we going to be able to grieve something and have dealt with fairly when their are only going to be managers listening on the new board being set up. I think our current system is working and that our master labor agreement is fine the way it is.
