I noticed that the new system, it would be easy to hold employees accountable for the job. But who holds management responsible for thier mistakes? If you have good people working, and a management system thats messed up the only people who will suffer with no raise, getting fired is the worker. Who holds management accountable? Or are they exempt? Thank You
