Comments:
I am very concerned about the Pay Banding, and the issue of seniority. I feel also that things like veterans preference should not be changed. It is not fair that a federal employee is hired with certain benefits, and the government wants to change things after you are hired. If changes are to be made, it sould not effect current employees, it should only effect new hires.
