I don't like it. I agree something has to be done, but every year we get a raise and every year our raise is virtually eliminated by rising health insurance. If the goal is to treat us like the military, fine, then give us the same benefits. I'd love to have free health, eye and dental, I'd love to get a housing and subsistence allowance, and I'd definately love to go to college for free at my work site. If I had better health care I'd be on my way to Iraq right now, instead of being medically non-deployable. Think about that. I've worked with contractors overseas, and nothing would make me happier than to be treated like they were. I think the sites need to be raised. I think the beaurocratic and political systems need to be revamped before the little guys get stepped on again.
