Comments:
1. Rates/Pay Band: If a person reaches the top of their pay band what incentive will they have to excell? 2. Rates: The current system has safeguards to prevent nepotism and hiring buddies, friends etc. It is not effective. How will this new system overcome those problems. The description of the system makes it appear that performance awards could be given to buddies, friends, etc based upon the supervisors feelings and not necessarily the employees performance.
