How will this new system affect shift bids? My job has a 24 hour, 7 day a week, 52 week a year requirement. We shift bid using our seniority. How will this new system determine who works what shifts? Will we operate as normal or will it be left of to the supervisor to determine? Will barganing aggreements in place with the union still be valid?
