Some these proposed items in the NSPS just plain wrong: I do not want to be subject to deployment, I already did my time in the military!!! As far as hiring how can anyone determine based on experience only how a worker will perform their job better than those employees in place, by offering more money to an individual who has no idea of what it takes to do the job just to get a qualified lazy person!!! Under workers' rights how would you like it if you were close to retirement and someone had rights to get rid of you!!, with no just cause or make your life miserable by deploying you to another country just to get you to quit. I think this bill stinks and if pushed through, the first time I personally am told to deploy I might think twice about resigning!!!!
