After reading some of the guide lines of the NSPS system I was wondering who wrote this up? Did you even read what it says? This is a joke! How can anyone think this is fair to the government work force. A work force that has always been there to support our men in the field! How dare you think we are in the military, We are civilians with family. We have kids in school what gives you the right to say youur need here and expect us to pack up and move? What about our spouse and kids just up root them? This is very unfair to everyone. Why don't you put the shoe on the other foot and see how you would like it. How would your family feel? We need to think about down sizeing what are we going to do when you don't have a workforce to produce what the military needs! Tell your men fighiting for sorry you will have to wait for us to come up with a new plan? While they are out there giving there lives for us, for our freedom. As for your pay rate system you all know how this is going to work, everyone that kiss the boss butt will get the raise and the ones working hard will not see anything. thabt is a bunch if garbage. Then when we dont see a increase in pay are you going to stop everything else in the world form going up in price. How are hard working people suppose to survive and have a raise a family. Where is the lolaty to the work force that has been there ALWAYS!!
