Comments:
What has concerned me more is that unlike our civilian counterparts we do not work on a profit base. We normally do not have the option to reject less cost effective approaches so achievement to often is identified with getting it done. The military environment, all to often functions on decisions to take action "make it happen". I have been asked too many questions based upon rumors about hiring, firing, pay etc., which I couldn’t answer because there are no firm guidelines.
