Comments:
1. What reliable source of measurement will be used to determine a successful performance for blue color (or GS ) employees? 2. What resources are available to an employee that feels that have been unjustifiably denied a pay increase or an award? 3. Will subordinates be allowed to rate their supervisors as a means of determining the supervisors pay increase, promotions, and/or awards? 4. If an employee feels that they have been denied opportunites, consideration, training, and appropriate workload - what recourse do they have? 5. How does this system work to eliminate the "buddy system"? In other words, what tools and polices will be in effect to ensure standardization and equality in the assessment process?
