I am commenting on the whole regulation: I think change is good and if it's been over 50 years, it is long overdue. I am a fairly young DoD employee and I am a little excited to see the change that it may bring to the "New" DoD personnel system. Thank You and I am looking forward to and hoping that the change will be good and met with open arms.
