NSPS fact sheet Q/A of proposed regs: What my fear is, is that as an outstanding employee getting awards/COLA/ and step increases for 10 years now dependant on the "pay pool" the system will fall short due to not enough money to pay all the deserving folks like me and they will then have to do boards or performance eval reviews making all the outstanding performers compete for the money avalible! This inturn could make people in this catagory more apt to become only satisfactory employees due to the fact they still will not get any additional money even though they worked extremely hard all year.
