I highly disapprove of the new system. I do not think it is or will be a fair system. Also, when funding is short as now (national debt in the trillions) we will probably never see funds to support this system. As with the old performance awards program that we are now under there are no funds for SSP or QSI. Also, we should not be required to be deployed as we were not hired under those rules.
