under the broad range of options for dealing with unacceptale performance, a vocal employee (reguardless fo capability) could be reassigned or demoted at supervisor descretion or recommendation. I fyou have a supervosor and employee that are at odds, if the supervisor does not like him, the employee is toast. With NSPS, the third party decision would be priceless.
