I highly disapprove of the new system. I do not believe it is, or will be, a fair system. Also, when funding is short, as now (national debt in the trillions), we will probably never see funds to support this system. Under the new system, where is the guaranty of performance awards such as SSP and QSI? We should not be required (or even considered) for deployment as we were not hired under those possible contingencies.
