Hiring Process: New hires could start at a higher rate than employees already performing the same type of work and will have no bearing on how long the same individual has performed his or her tasks to standard. Pay/Salaries: Favoritism will once again run the train for appraisals and not how well you perform your tasks. Workers Rights: There will be no rights other than Supervisor Rights. My only Question, Would our Congressmen/Women and Senators work under these standards. Bottom Line, How many times has the Federal Government made changes to benefit the Federal Government worker or to benefit the System. Once !!!!!!! a Proud Federal Employee.
