Pay increases on performance, rather than longevity. I hate this new system because being a part of it, hard work is never recognized, only people who have been thru tragedy and divorces get promoted and pay increases. The supervisor make copies of last years rating and changes the dates only. People who come to work when they get ready or sleep on the job is common place.
