Comments:
As a new employee of less than 2 yrs, I welcome a change to the personnel system that will reward performance vs. simply filling a seat for a length of time. Those of us who do perform welcome the opportunity to demonstrate our work ethic - and be rewarded for it. I think 90% of the workforce welcomes the new system. Thank You.
