These proposed changes amount to nothing more than a continued effort to deny basic contract rights to Federal Employees. It is a disgrace to see fine career employees treated in this manner. As one who has traveled outside the US fairly frenquently, and who comes into contact with government workers from a variety of other countries, we in the US have much to be proud of, especially the dedication and skills of our Federal Empolyees. I hearby request you set aside these proposed regulations, and return to honest contract negotiations with our Federal Employees, and extend to them the same rights and freedoms promised by this administration to OTHER countries.
