I get the impression that this might be a way for the DOD to get rid of their teachers. The Union thinks they will have no bargaining rights and there are people in the system that are paranoid. Why is it that changes like this always come from politicians who are not apart of the new system. If a congressman or senator were absent with out leave could they be fired? You need to take care of your people before you make changes to their way of life.
