I have been with the government since 1972 and I personally do not think this system is going to work at all. First of all, I work with the military and they still haven't got the fact that we are civilians vice military yet. Right now, my boss doesn't like me because I have a disease which entails me being out. He told me that he didn't need anyone sick and he was going to HRO to get rid of me. Now you tell me, this is the kind of man you want to decide if I get a raise or not?? I wrote my senator because it was getting ridiculous. My next step would have been a court of law!
