OUTSTANDING!!!! It's about time. As an engineering manager, I has frustrated me for over 15 years that longevity is worth more than performance. I'm embarrassed that I have to carry the "shadow" of being a Government Employee, and how everyone things I'm just a "lifer" with a soft, easy job, no worries and nice reitrement. I can't wait to "influence" my older employees to perform at their best. I'm tired of half my worforce "coasting" until they retire...sometimes for 10+ years. thanks for the improvement.
