5.4.1 Pay for Performance: I remember the GM attempt to do the same thing and recall that performance was graded by supervisors that were competing for the same pool of funds, i.e. all GM 14/15's in the same pool. This should not be duplicated this time. Establishing metrics to measure performance is very important especially if the Position Description is to be reduced in detail.
