02/17/05 How will this New System affect my Position. I am with the Dept of Army(Medical Clinic) Position is Administrative Specialist, GS-301-09. For the past 8 years my Performace Evaluations has been Excellent(Rated in the highest box) I know that this new system may not work for some individuals because supervisors may not like an employee and will refuse to give an individuals a promotion based on favoritism/dislike Please reply Ms. Latimer
