To Whom It May Concern; Looking at the New System and as a Student of History, it appears that we are returning to a System prior to the 1930's. Where political appointees and their family members were the Government employees. And none family members either were paying to keep their jobs or concidered very close friends, One persons desiding the out come of several people and that person is a High Administration person with no background in the work field was what we had and by this change this is what is going to happen again. We are a free people and the greatest country in the world and this will lower us to the position that we were at the turn of the century 1900. but where we were growing then, we will be degressing with this system. Europe and Africa will be the leading Countries and the United States a follower. Lowering ourselves to a point where we will be at the mercy of outside control. God Bess America. Please reconcider this system, what we have may not be perfect but it is better than what we had and better than the system you wish to use.
