Section 9901.343 - Pay reduction based on unacceptable performance and/or conduct. Would you be kind enough to explain how the above section will be implemented. What will happen when a supervisor (for certain particular reason) has got a wrong impresion of your performance and prefers to assign important projects to other people in the team? Also the supervisor is friends with the Director and with other supervisors in your business area and happens to make a comment about his/her first impression with your performance? You will not get any important developmental projects that will certainly enhance your knowledge and relate you to other personnel in the agency, you will not be able to move to any other sections in your business line and because you received a bad evaluation you will not be able to move to another agency. So you will get "stucked" with the reduction in pay and will not be able to grow as the others in your team.
