Comments:
1. I don't appreciate having my work place rights taken away 2. I also don't like having my Union Rights diminished 3. It doesn't take into account personal happenings that affect a worker as a person. A supervisor should not be able to reduce a person's pay based on performance when many things influence a person. Just a few, not withstanding personal prejudices of the supervisor are; a. death of a family member or loved one b. divorce c. illness d. injury e. depression (short termed)
